UPINLBS（普适定位，室内导航与基于位置服务）国际会议是一个专注于泛在定位，室内导航和基于位置服务的国际会议。此前，在芬兰、美国、武汉等地已经召开过五次，均取得了热烈的反响。第六届UPINLBS会议将于2019年11月13日至14日在中国首都北京举行。此次会议由IEEE Beijing Section和武汉大学测绘遥感信息工程国家重点实验室以及北京建筑大学主办，由北京建筑大学承办。会议将汇集来自学术界和工业界的研究人员和从业人员，讨论创新的定位技术、新兴的基于位置的应用和服务。除了技术会议以外，会议还将邀请主题演讲、小组讨论、组织室内定位竞赛，并公布优秀的论文奖项。如果您正在寻找新颖的定位解决方案或想要展示您的最新研究成果，我们诚挚邀请您来北京参加这场会议。

　　The UPINLBS (Ubiquitous Positioning, Indoor Navigation and Location Based Services) International Conference is an international conference focused on ubiquitous positioning, indoor navigation and location based services. Previously, it has been held five times in Finland, the United States, Wuhan, Shanghai, and other places, and all of them have received enthusiastic response. The 6th UPINLBS conference will be held in Beijing, China from November 13th to 14th, 2019. The conference was hosted by IEEE Beijing Section and State Key Laboratory of Surveying, Mapping and Remote Sensing Information Engineering of Wuhan University and Beijing University of Architecture. It was hosted by Beijing Jianzhu University. The conference will bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to discuss innovative location technologies, emerging location-based applications and services. In addition to technical meetings, the conference will also invite keynote speeches, group discussions, organize indoor positioning competitions, and publish outstanding paper awards.
