论坛主题：“一带一路”下的城市建设与管理实务与重大工程问题

• 论坛背景

        亚太城市建设与管理实务论坛起源于2011年 台湾、澳门、香港、广州两岸四地城市建设实务施工研讨会，由香港土木工程技师协会、澳门土木工程技师协会、台湾营造工程协会共同发起，2014年、2016年分别在台湾高雄和香港举办第一届、第二届会议。     

        2018年亚太城市建设与管理实务论坛将由北京建筑大学主办、中国城市科学研究会、北京未来城市设计高精尖创新中心、北京工程管理科学协会、中交第三航务勘察設計院有限公司协办。区域主办单位包括香港科技大学土木及环境工程系校友会、香港科技大学土木及环境工程系学者与研究生校友会、香港土木工程技师协会、澳门工程师学会、澳门土木及结构工程师学会、台湾营造工程协会、高雄市土木技师公会、高雄市工程技术顾问商业同业公会、中国土木工程技师协会。会议将邀请中国香港、中国澳门、台湾地区、印度尼西亚、新加坡、马来西亚等亚太地区从事土木、建筑、城市建设与管理专业领域的同业、学者、技师、工程师等人士共襄盛举。

         本届论坛将举行大会主题演讲与四个分会场报告， 并举办“校长+院长+专家论坛”以及青年学者论坛，旨在让亚太地区各地建筑、工程业界趬楚聚首一堂，相互交流知识及分享经验，以解决城市建设与管理实务施工等方面的各种问题。

二、论坛征文

（一）论坛主题

        论坛以“一带一路”下的城市建设与管理实务与重大工程问题为主题开展，围绕主题，就下列议题征稿，但不限于此：       

• 土木工程关键技术                                      
• 城乡规划与建筑                                     
• 水环境及海绵城市建设与管理                         
• 地下空间的开发与利用 
• 城市建设与综合管理                                                                 
• 城市基础设施应急管理
• 城市公共安全与灾后重建
• 智慧城市建设与管理
• BIM技术、绿色建造、装配式建筑等

（三）征文要求

所有未正式发表过的相关论文均可投稿，中英文均可。本论坛不接收已正式发表的论文。论文格式要求见附件。

论坛接受官方网站http://www.jingguan.bucea.edu.cn注册与投稿。参会人员通过会议网站进行会议注册、投稿及缴费。可接受邮箱投稿。投稿邮箱：apucm2018@bucea.edu.cn。

（四）注册收费

本次论坛参会人员会议注册费为：学生400 元/人、高校教师1000 元/人、非高校教师1500元/人。

三、论文发表与宣讲

经审查合格入选的论文将入选会议论文集。经评选，优秀的论文将推荐到北京建筑大学学报发表。

论坛规划4个分论坛，每个分论坛确定论文宣讲12篇，每篇 20 分钟，共计宣讲48篇。并于论坛晚上分别规划“校长+院长+专家论坛“和青年论坛，以供专家、学者相互交流。

附件：论文格式要求。

附件1：2018年亚太建设与管理实务论坛中文投稿格式要求

1、论文标题

   论文标题采用黑体、二号字、居中格式。

2、作者姓名

   作者姓名采用楷体、四号字、居中格式。多位作者的署名之间应以逗号隔开，不同工作单位的作者，应在姓名右上角加注阿拉伯数字序号，其中相同工作单位的作者序号相同。所有作者的工作单位一致，不必加注序号。例如：赵XX1, 钱XX2, 孙XX1

3、作者工作单位

    作者单位采用宋体、五号字、居中格式。作者工作单位需用全称，并与官方网站一致或者与工作单位注册登记一致。例如：

（1.赵XX、孙XX的工作单位，单位所在地   邮编；2.钱XX的工作单位，单位所在地   邮编） 

4、摘要

  摘要采用宋体、五号字格式，200-400字为宜。

5、关键词

   关键词采用宋体、五号字格式。例如：

   关键词:关键词1；关键词2；关键词3；关键词4；关键词5
     6、英文标题

   将论文标题译成英文。居中。

7、作者姓名英译

   作者姓名英译，大致与汉语拼音相同，姓前名后，中间有空格。姓氏的第一个字母大写，复姓连写；名字的第一个字母也要大写，双名连写；名字不缩写。居中。例如：

Zhao Moumou1 , Qian Moumou2 , Sun Moumou1

8、作者工作单位英译

   作者工作单位的英译需用全称，并与官方网站一致或者与工作单位注册登记一致。工作单位与省市之间用逗号隔开，省市与邮编之间空一格。不同工作单位之间用分号隔开。居中。例如

（1.赵XX、孙XX工作单位，单位所在地  邮编的英译；2.钱XX工作单位，单位所在地  邮编的英译）

9、 Abstract

  将中文摘要译成英文。要求同中文摘要。

10、 Key words

  将中文关键词译成英文。要求同中文关键词。

11、基金项目

   基金项目指文章的资助背景，属于文章标题注释的一种，如国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金等。请注明基金项目名称，项目名称后加括号注明其项目编号。基金项目名称应按照国家有关部门规定的正式名称填写，多项基金项目应依次列出，以分号隔开。

12、作者简介

   第一作者的姓名、出生年，性别，职称，学位，研究方向。例如：

    赵XX（1972-），男，教授，博士，研究方向：建筑科技技术.

13、正文

   1）宋体，五号字。

   2)引言、前言不列入编号

   3)文中小标题：一级标题1,2,3，……（黑体，四号字，上下各空一行）

                   二级标题：1.1，1.2，1.3，……（黑体，五号字）

                   三级标题：1.1.1，1.1.2，1.1.3，……（宋体，五号字）

  4)文中公式排序：（1），（2），（3），……

  5)文中表格请用三线表，每个表格都必须有表号和表题，居中放在表的上方。表号全文统一排序。表中参数应注明量和单位（用符号），表注写在底线下左侧。表中重复出现的文字，不可用"同前“、”同左"等表示，需全部重复写出。文中表格排序：表1，表2，表3，……

  6)文中插图不宜过多，应大小适中，力求规范。一般图形尺寸（宽×高）: 7 cm×5 cm，一般宽度小于8 cm；文稿中插图下方居中写明图号和图题，随文附图。文中插图统一排序：图1，图2，图3，……

Please make the article around the theme as much as possible and engineering.

Manuscript requirements

All papers must be in Microsoft Word or LaTex format, including figures, tables and references. The file of each paper cannot be larger than 2,000Kb. Please embellish the figures in detail more carefully. Please improve the definition of all the figures appeared in your paper with the distinguish rate as high as possible.

Important Information

Please include these below advised parts in your paper as least (The correlative and the homologous are also accepted): Introduction: Statement the research status more in detail by citing the references.

Problem Statement; Modeling and solution/Approach; Application/Case study; Conclusion: Summary of research results and future study/ expectation.

Please use model in your paper as much as possible, and proof should be included when a theorem was proposed.
